Eastmark Hotel is home to four fully equipped conference halls making it one of Nakuru's most trusted venues for corporate seminars, executive retreats, training workshops, product launches, AGMs and large social events. Flamingo Hall
Eastmark’s largest venue configured for plenary sessions, large-scale seminars, church conferences and high-capacity events. Features dual projection screens, full 360° surround sound, a raised presentation stage, modular flexible seating, full climate control and abundant natural light. Ideal for AGMs, keynote conferences, graduation ceremonies and large-scale product launches.
Menengai Hall
A flexible mid-size hall suited for training workshops, NGO programmes and mid-scale corporate events. Configurable in classroom rows, cabaret clusters, U-shape or open circle. Features HD projection, a built-in sound system with cordless microphones, adjustable LED lighting zones, excellent air conditioning and in-hall catering delivery at scheduled break times no disruption to your programme flow.
Crator Hall
The ideal companion venue for parallel sessions, breakout group discussions or specialist workshops. Equally popular as a standalone space for workshops of 20–30 participants. Features writeable walls, flexible group seating, full AV equipment and in-hall catering.
Top View Executive Boardroom
An intimate executive venue for leadership meetings, board sessions, private negotiations and high-level seminars. Premium executive chairs, individual laptop power points, a large HD display screen and video conferencing capability. Includes a dedicated attendant throughout your session, stationery kit per delegate and complimentary welcome refreshments. Access-controlled for complete privacy.
